FEST is a Meet-the-Composer/Reader’s Digest consortium commission that includes Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Albany Symphony Orchestra and Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. It celebrates the coming together of a new music ensemble and a symphony orchestra.
